Use another credit card to activate de CHIP

I purchased the SIM card with one credit card and now I want to activate the plan using a different credit card.
What I did:
1- I tried to add a new credit card and I received an alert saying that I reached the max credit card number in my account.
2- I removed the original card used to purchase the SIM Card (Chip)
3- Tried to add the new credit card and still receiving the same error message.
By now I have no credit card on my screen, please see the attachments.

You need to "chat" with Fizz to have this issue resolved.3

You need to open a help page for example this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do.
Wait for 15 seconds and you'll see a bubble chat at the right bottom of the page
