It sounds like a problem with porting over your number/activating your account. It happened to me early on, and it was fixed after alerting Fizz to the problem via the chat bubble (found during their office hours on any of the articles in the solutions hub).9

I'm betting Allison is right. It shouldn't be your sim card that's the problem here. If you just activated and are porting in a number then your number probably hasn't been ported yet. You'll want to keep using your old provider's sim card until it stops working, and then swap out for the Fizz sim card. This is how it always works when changing networks, because the previous company has to release your number to the new company and there's a delay (of a variable amount of time) in that process.8
