Basically your logic is right, There is no $0.46 e911 fee in Ottawa since this is 613 number. $23+$10 - 2 = $31. Fizz "support" has no clue at all, with several screenshots.

Yes it will work from below Any member who orders a SIM card today is ok. Their SIM card is already compatible with VoLTE. Same applies for a Fizz SIM card that was ordered after the month of September 2021. 

I just ordered the voLTE sim and may hesitate to swap it because of your experience. Anybody here who swapped the V2 sim and got same problem?

You can only send data perk, not data from monthly plan.

Fizz need data for MMS , so you do need have some data left in your plan.

It's very hard to get points. Let's say 1/10 of posts I did will be choosed as best answer ( impossible ). In order to teach 15000 points , I need 3000 posts. If I did 10 posts a day , I need 300 days to reach 15000 points.

Fizz didn't offer any discounts for multiple lines yet. You can get multiple lines in one account though.

Fizz , same as Videotron , is Quebec + Ottawa mobile company. It's a local mobile provider , provincial wide provider.

Fizz stand out with two features: referral program and data carry forward. Without the two, fizz will be just other QC provider JEAN Doe.

Yes it's the activation code printed on SIM card. Remove the sim card and take a photo , store it in your phone. Just in case you need it in future.

Consider consolidate the bill to one credit card. Or split accounts to each person own online account.

Ask fizz support by chat. It is better than contact form. I'm deal with one guy through contact form now and he is really worse than useless. He never read my question. He just did copy& paste without reading. I doubt he is a robot. Chat is much better ,at least it's a real person on other side.

Fizz is not the only place to buy phone. Just shop around.

FIZZ support cycle is very very long. Once up a time, it took them 2 months to fix my billing problem.

I totally agree your point. Fizz should sell some low end phone such as Umidigi (sorry If I mis-spell it).

If you're in rush, go to My plan --> get addon button, and buy USA addon. If you're not in rush, change your plan with USA roaming. After you come back Canada, change it back to Canada only.
