no activation code

I paid my account last night , and you did reactivate my phone , but its not working , and when I go to reactivate , it ask me the activation code ... the only one I have is the first activation code that came with my sim card ...what should I do now ?

If you paid with a day or two delay you do not need to click on reactivate, the reactivation procedure is when you close your account
Can you try to turn off the phone for a minute?
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)9 -
Yes it's the activation code printed on SIM card. Remove the sim card and take a photo , store it in your phone. Just in case you need it in future.8

I am sorry to hear about the situation you encountered.
I have verified your account and it appears to have reactivated it but you only have Quebec coverage on it.
If you wish to use the other services like data, calls, and text you must make a plan change and add these features.
