You cannot see them if you have an Canada/US plan
Try switching in french and type États-unis for me was working
If you have time signal it to the customer service
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page2 -

What is your plan coverage area?
If you have coverage in Quebec or Canada, you will need to try travel add-on.
Yes United States seems to be missing from the English site.
You can switch to French (click on "FR")
and type in "États-unis"
And if you already have Canada/USA coverage, you can go to regular add-ons to purchase additional services.2 -
If you're in rush, go to My plan --> get addon button, and buy USA addon. If you're not in rush, change your plan with USA roaming. After you come back Canada, change it back to Canada only.1

When I type United States, it brings me to United states of America.1

Yeah, must be cause of your plan. You have to switch it to see the one you want!
