I wonder if they would do this? I think videotron would want to keep a premium network to differentiate the two companies. So if Videotron goes higher then more speeds will open in the secondary markets.

Hi Myung, Is this a new construction? It might be the wiring is not connected in the walls. You may need a follow up appointment with the technician to get the wiring installed. Alternatively, you may need to consider getting DSL instead if a cable connection isn’t possible for some reason. Hope you get connected soon!

Hi Justene, A new building is listed as commercial during the building phase. After this is complete, it gets registered as residential - this takes sometime. Hi Michael, They are separate services and can be changed independently. I am happy with fizz home internet, much better than my old connection which had very slow upload speed.
