You will need to contact the direct support. You can track it in your account, but if it has not changed for 10 days, get in touch with support (any support page, bubble bottom right), or facebook messenger4

Did you check the tracking number? If it shows delivered, chat with Fizz.

You should contact Fizz directly
Within business hours (8am to 9pm) you can reach them by chat:
Make sure you are logged in to your account and navigate to this page:

After a few seconds you should see a green chat bubble appearing on the bottom right side of the page. Simply click on it and you will be in contact with Fizz
After business hours you can send them a message using Facebook messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca
They will then reply as soon as they can.
If you live near Montreal, some Couche Tard have them in stock.

As others suggested, track your shipment to check the status.
If it has already been delivered and you did not receive it, then what Fizz suggests is to obtain another SIM card.
To facilitate access to SIM card, Fizz also has them available at some Couche Tard in Montreal and also at Coop UQAM (where it costs only $8 for members)

Once you have your SIM card, activate your plan and then contact Fizz support to let them know you did not receive the original SIM card. At this point, Fizz will process a refund request to you.2 -

First, track the shipment of your sim card when you log into your Fizz account and check the historic of your order.
If your sim card has been delivered, it happens that the sim card is delivered in the front of the door entrance of your building.
Maybe, it's been stolen.
You will be obliged at this moment to buy another sim. You can buy one at Couche-Tard if you are living in the greater area of Mtl.
Then, when you have activate your Fizz plan, contact the Fizz customer service by chat and ask them to refund you for the sim card not received.

As suggested, track your shipment with the carrier to check the status.
If it has already been delivered and you did not receive it, then most probably it was stolen, it's very common issue, the carrier leaves the sim envelope at the front door and leave, anybody could walk away with your sim since it's not related to your account yet, happened to me.
Fizz sim cards also available at some Couche Tard stores in Montreal, Contact Fizz support after activating your new sim card, they will reimburse you for the first one.1 -
