It's been working without a glitch for my alarm monitoring for over a year but in the last week, I've had 3 outages period starting last Friday. The last one started yesterday, September 16th around 16h45 and it's not restored yet going on almost 24 hours! Thanks.

Did you try to reboot the modem?

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
2- Open any of the Fizz FAQ help links above
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.1 -

You should contact Fizz directly.
Within business hours (8am to 9pm) you can reach them by chat:
Make sure you are logged in to your account then navigate to this page:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
After few seconds you should see a green chat bubble appearing on the bottom right side of the page. Simply click on it and you will be in contact with Fizz
After business hours you can send them a message via Facebook messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca
They will then reply as soon as they can.

Have you contacted Fizz customer service by chat if there was a problem (outage) in your area?
You can reach them easily.

If the interruption last longer than 48 hours you are entitled compensation (with some restrictions - see your service agreement) “ You are entitled to a credit if a service is interrupted and unusable for at least 48 consecutive hours. You will have to request a refund in writing within 15 days of the end of the interruption. You are not entitled to any other compensation.”1
