Hi Julie,
You can re schedule your appointment by logging into your account. On your internet plan, click on manage plan, then click on appointments, here you will see your current appointment and then you can click reschedule to see if there is an earlier appointment. I would check daily as new appointments open up all the time.

To fix a new appointment with the technician ( to do it before 20 hours of your aactual appointment):
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointment
Click on: re-schedule, choose a date an hour for an appointment
Click on: Save the change.5 -
