Why won’t my building show up as residential?

Here we are users, try to contact the support to see if they have a solution for you
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

Hi Justene,
A new building is listed as commercial during the building phase. After this is complete, it gets registered as residential - this takes sometime. In the Fizz system, you can't have internet at a commercial address so you are blocked in the automated system.
As the others have suggested, Chat with Fizz to see if they can override and provide you with internet at your address.

You can take a look on Videotron website if that works. Since Fizz uses Videotron's service, if they can get you access, so can Fizz.3

Just contact the Fizz customer service by chat and ask them if there is internet service available in this new building.
