Many people have been posting about the same issue this morning so it's clearly a problem with their system. Expect to get a refund but nonetheless contact customer support asking for a refund just to be safe.

Someone with the same issue created another post. Apparently, multiple people have been charged twice, so you're not the only one. I expect Fizz to resolve their issue and refund the affected customers. Just to be safe, i'd recommend you contact customer support and personally ask for the refund.

I had a similar issue when i was trying to switch from Videotron to Fizz's internet plan. I've been tempted to switch to their mobile plan as well but it looks like there's still a few quirks. Arrêter d'acheter des vêtements inutilement. Nombreux sont ceux qui achètent des nouveaux vêtements tandis qu'ils ont un garde-robe déjà rempli de vêtements portés 1 seule fois!
