HELP PLEASE- How can I speak to someone? Can't login to my account, no chat bubble.

I recently unsubscribed my internet and returned the modem (successfully), however I need a phone plan and I can no-longer login to my account. Without logging in, I can't get to the chat or contact anyone. Can someone please help me? I need a sim card by Friday.😪

    You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub through Incognito mode, such as this one:

    You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.

    Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.

    About the SIM card, youcan order one via your Fizz account from Overview-> Get started->Mobile-> Order a new SIM card->Select the quantity->+Add another service address->I can't find my address-> Enter the postal code->Click on Find it and then enter all the other details such as the street name, civic number, unit type and its number, asalso shown here:
