No. No luck. Alll I got from the support was this…. Useless “Really sorry for the situation. However, I would like to inform you that you are in region Ontario. Meaning that does not see the coverage Quebec option when changing the plan. You can only change it with the coverage Canada or Canada+USA.”

I am in Ottawa. But my understanding is that I can still choose Quebec coverage because that includes the Ottawa area. I opened a ticket with support and they were able to reproduce the problem. i had removed my data plan last month and someone tried to gift me data and they were not able to. That is amazing that you were able to have someone gift you data. My 250 mb reward worked though. And data did get rolled over.

Thanks @Greg The chat worked. They are creating a ticket to fix it. I wonder how this problem happens. Yesterday I tried contacting support via the iMessage option with no response but the chat option worked great this morning.
