There was an unlimited data for 24 hours data perk , once upon a time. I got 3. Used it when I’m in Toronto travel. It didn’t work at all. Still deducted from my data pool😭

Thanks. I'm in ottawa but I'm besides Ottawa river, other side is Gatineau. I got Quebec ip, and location showed I'm in Gateau. Anyway, I'll try again when I'm in Montreal this Friday

The one you showed is exactly i want, BUT i only see Canada & CA/USE option in my case. Tried on pc windoes chrome/edge/ie. macbook, iphone/android. All the same.

Fizz support didn't read ticket at all, keep telling me wrong answer 3 times. Tried to teach them with a few screenshots but the "support" still didn't get it.

Was told it's VoLTE already in Ottawa. Get an app and check yourself if you're using new VoLTE card.

As a long term Fizz mobile user since it launched, I'm sure the old term was "24 months since you start using it" , not the current "24 months since this upgrade was assigned to you". Yes prepaid as well. Billing day is the day you get installed. Make sure you has enough credit in your credit card every month and Fizz will debit monthly charge automatically in billing day.

it's about 90 days and they never fixed the data upgrade problem. they closed ticket very fast and move on, without doing anything to fix it.

I opened other ticket again and they repeat the same words, a "special" team is looking at hit now. They keep me waiting for 2+ billing cycles, I won't let Fizz cheat me again this time. Fizz just replied me they manually added 2 upgrade to my account, I did see it. Unfortunately this proved they never did anything to figure out why my upgrade disappeared. ALL July upgrade ALL MISSING, June all missing as well. August 250m is missing (they added it manually for 300m and 500m, otherwise it's all missing).…

I contacted them for other data upgrade issue, fizz can't fix it after 70 days. Today they give me a **** like reply: you used all data. Yes used all because I never been able to use it since the beginning. It's dtandard of fizz support quality.

@Yelena, believe me, i'm not new Fizz user. I was one of the earliest Fizz user in Ottawa. I'm familiar with Fizz rules and I added data upgrade 1 month before summer break. I thought it will work but it doesn't. And it looks like Fizz will take other half year to fix it. I applied 3 data upgrades and it showed up in next billing day. It's still not usable !!! I've been waiting 2 months and sent dozens support ticket to fizz support.
