Hey,
Im thinking about joining Fizz and have some questions regarding the payment of the mobile plan at the end of each month.
-Can we pay manually without giving our credit card informations ? (I pay myself at the end of each month and not get factured automatically by Fizz)
-Can we use the Fizz wallet to pay our monthly bill?

Hi no you need to provide a credit or debit card each month will be deducted automatically there is no other option.

There is also no payment at the end of the month. Fizz is a prepaid service, do your payment is made at the beginning of the month, before you use the service.6

If you don't have credit card then you could pay with VISA debit card (not all debit card are accepted). You have to register your card in your Fizz account.
It will be debited automatically at the same day each month. The selected day is the day you activate your sim card.6 -

- No, there's no other way to pay your bill than add a credit card number.
If you don't have a credit card or you don't want to provide your actual credit card infos to Fizz, you can just apply for a KOHO Visa debit card which is a good solution that works with Fizz. Here's the link for KOHO: https://www.koho.ca/5 -
Both NO. I recommend you get a prepaid Visa from shoppers drug Mart if you worry a fizz will steal your financial information. Or use your bank card as Visa debit or master debit card.6
