My Rewards 250MB wont pass the status 'Pending activation'

I'm trying to activate my 250 MB reward but it stays at 'Pending activation'
My sim was activated 4 days ago and my sms/internet/phone line (plan) works just fine.

You should have a 500 MB welcome perk available that you can use instantaneously while you wait for the 250 MB to kick in at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You can see that as 500 MB bonus for the first month and 250 MB thereafter! Enjoy

I had the same issue with 250MB and free Voice Mail, you have to wait an entire month.

mine doesnt roll over, any1 know why? it says it last for 91 days, but the one from last month is "gone" already.6

I applied 3 data upgrades and it showed up in next billing day. It's still not usable !!!
I've been waiting 2 months and sent dozens support ticket to fizz support. Other than the "working on it" reply. Fizz didn't do anything to make it work. I asked them give me temporary perk so I can use. None !!!

Not sure if Fizz management goes to this forum, only the Whizz team do.
Do you have "pending activation" message on top of the not usable upgrade? I would take a print screen and provide it to support. I contacted them once regarding pending upgrades, and I was told that they're not able to see them.8 -
@Yelena, believe me, i'm not new Fizz user. I was one of the earliest Fizz user in Ottawa. I'm familiar with Fizz rules and I added data upgrade 1 month before summer break. I thought it will work but it doesn't. And it looks like Fizz will take other half year to fix it. Can I wish I can use my data upgrade in Christmas time ?5
