Try restarting or Modem. If that doesn't fix it, maybe try attaching your computer directly via an ethernet cable :)

@Fizzy @Mike After restarting it i'm at 30 download. Halfway there lol. I will restart again in a few hours and see if we make it to 60.

It is all about activity. But you also get points from paying your bill. Either way once you hit level 3 and unlock the access to 2 perk spots then I have found that the effort outweighs the benefits of leveling up. Still nice to help out other users

Personally I add each one individually as a blocked number. I find that by not answering and by blocking all the spam calls I tend to get less of them :) although not entirely eliminated.

I totally agree, as a bilingual person who tends to look for help / offer assistance in both languages having it all in one place would be great!

In some cases I have heard of Ad Blockers stopping the chat bubble from popping up. However as the others have said its likely due to the number of sessions and you may have better luck through social media.

Of course we did! From the start I have been nothing but pleased with the FIZZ internet experience, there are always fun surprises and the FIZZ team is working hard to make it better each day. Not to mention this awesome and helpful community

I have also noticed that there is a slight delay, but in the long run I believe that I have received all of the Kudos that I have given and have received. I think that at times, especially if they all come in rapid succession the system cannot keep up and takes a bit of time to process and then award the points to the user.

The technician was very helpful :) I see no need to pay for the installation. He ran a new line, drilled a new hole for where we wanted the router and then plugged it all in for us. It took less than 10 minutes for him to complete.

It seems like many people are still having issues with the phone service of FIZZ, so i am hesitant to switch my lines. But i must say, that their internet has been nothing short of my expectations. I have had a stable and reliable connection at the speed that I pay for. I hope that they stablize their phone issues soon…
