First you get points each month depending on your plan if you pay a big plan you will get a lot of point each payement sicle. Secondly, you can answer to question like I do and you hope the person who is asking it will give you a good answer and even not you will have points also I think that if someone like your answer you will get points but I am not sure.

It is all about activity. But you also get points from paying your bill. Either way once you hit level 3 and unlock the access to 2 perk spots then I have found that the effort outweighs the benefits of leveling up. Still nice to help out other users4
