Yes the technician came with all the gear :) They drilled a new hole so that I could have the modem where I wanted. The whole experience was awesome and efficient.

You may be able to fix the problem by putting your phone on airplane mode for 30s then turning it off. That seems to have worked for a few people experiencing strange behavior with their plans.

You can also talk to FIZZ on facebook :) The chat bubble, FB and this form usually has pretty quick responses. Also if you do sign up for the Wifi and you need a referral code feel free to use mine it will save you 25$ off your 3rd month of internet: NWXGL

Thats definitely unfortunate that the system allowed for registration with an american card. Looks like you should definitely contact FIZZ directly. If its an error on their part, I would hope that they would be able to help you out until you can get your desjardins card.

It is during the inscription. Once you see the page populated with the price including taxes. At that point you will be able to input the code.

That is absolutely normal! Your payment cycle will only begin once your installation appointment has been completed.

Did you have Videotron internet before switching to FIZZ? If so, and you cancelled your plan then the phone line may have been cancelled as well. Worth a call to Videotron to double check :)

If you have a Canada wide plan you should be able to, just turn on roaming. If ever it doesn't connect, try putting the phone on airplane mode for 30s. If the bubble isnt popping up, make sure that you don't have any ad blockers enabled :)

Hey :) I found this on the Nintendo website that might be useful for you. Otherwise you could always connect to your switch with an Ethernet and get to NAT A. :) If you follow through the trouble shooting on the link below it should be able to help you get back to NAT B and being able to play online without connectivity…

Je ne crois pas qu'on peut avoir 2 cartes de sim pour un seul forfait. Tu peut soit changer la carte de sim ou tu peut cree un reseau cellularie avec ton cel et acceder ce signal sur le ipad. si tu as un iphone c'est settings > cellularie > personal hotspot

@gswim il ne semble pas que votre premier lien support FIZZ. Parcontre le deuxiemme lien devrai absolument clarifier qu’elle type de cellulair est necessaire pour etre sur le reseau de fizz :)

I believe that all of the prices are in Canadian Dollars. Great question, this should probobly be clearly indicated or give you the option of seeing the price in different currencies.
