When will my internet speed be updated?
Hey everyone, yesterday I chose to update my speed from 15 to 60. Fizz said that this change would take effect by tomorrow (which as of now would be today) maybe i'm just being impatient but I was wondering if anyone else has had an experience with increasing their internet speed?

Micah, as suggested, to get an accurate speed test, you should connect a device directly to Fizz modem via ethernet cable.
If the wi-fi speed is inadequate, you basically have 2 options to resolve this:
- Put the modem in bridge mode and use your own router.

- Troubleshoot the wifi, use wifi analyzer and adjust the settings as needed.

It's take me 2 days to upgrade from 60 to 120 mbps. But my plan show 60mbps until next cycle. But ive done a speed test i get 135to160mbps, so i think the 120mbps is active

Could be completed anytime of the day. A request has been placed onto the system and a robot refresh all the Internet connexions a couple of time each day. Please reboot/reset your modem and check again.6
