Hey, I just received my phone tonight and I didn't need to show ID to the delivery person, I just needed to sign. So likely anyone in your household could sign for the phone. Oh and the courier company never updated the status to out for delivery, so I didn't know that it was going to arrive today. Hope this helps, Matt

I had the same problem in the UK this Summer. Other than data, i couldn’t get any pay as you go services to work in the Uk. Although we did receive phone calls for some reason., which isn’t supposed to work 🤪. Luckily, the data for messages will be very small unless you send pictures etc. Enjoy your trip!

Hi Mohammed, You might want to purchase a local SIM card for where you are located and an unlocked phone. Even if someone could send you the SIM card, I am not sure if you would even be able to activate it while you are in another country. Good luck!

Hi Suzanne, My internet came back on with no modem reset. It looks like Fizz has acknowledged that some people have no internet still, they are working on it. Try to chat or send a message on messenger. Good luck!

If you choose Fizz, make sure the technician checks your line at installation. Hopefully they can verify the source of your problems with Vidéotron.

Hi Julie, Fizz won't let you split your account, but you can add another payment method to your account. Under profile, add payment method. Then back on the plan you want to change, click manage plan and then payment method. There you can pick the new payment method as the default payment.

Hi Hirwa, Did the technician not verify the line when they brought the modem??? I think they are supposed to do this. See if you can trace back your Cable line in your building -maybe you will see where it is disconnected and you can reconnect it. Are there another jacks in your apartment? Thought of another, when you click on contact us on their website the Chat bubble should appear. None of the searching for a help topic, scrolling down to find a chat box. Also fix the search engine on the website so it can return more relavent solutions. Easy-peasy to Fix :)
