Do you have the old price from last year? If you change your plan, you have to pay the current price and you will not be able to go back to the old plan.
Which plan options and coverage do you have now? And what do you want to change it to?13 -
Sadly, if you have a grand-fathered price and you want to change your plan, you will need to pay the current plan prices. You might be able to may be get data gifted as another option?13

You have the beta price. If you change your plan you will be paying the regular price.13 -
I would definitely keep your beta price.
Remember if you add data as an add on, it will last for 90 days.
Depending on your consumption, you are maybe better suit paying an add on once every two months rather than loosing your beta price.
I would also remind you that Fizz seem to give an extra gift of 500 mb almost every 3 months.
If you add your bonus on top of that, you might be ok without changing anything!13 -
I don't think there are any negotiations with Fizz on plan costs. "Everyone gets a fair price" is the motto. Unless you are a beta subscriber and then you get a good deal!

As everyone else mentioned. When the prices with Fizz change, you lose your plan when you change/upgrade.
Maybe ask a friend to gift you data every once in a while? There's a forum (not sure if I can post here) where people gift extra data to each other11 -
