I'd suggest trying to reach out customer service chat if you want them to have a look at it. From our side, it's hard to tell if you have some signal issue, a cellphone issue or some network issues like Mike suggested. To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find…

I would say that my last try with Bell about 5 years ago had me thinking I'd never give them another chance as customer service tried ripping me off 3 time in a row and had me waste multiple hours on the line with them, trying to have the service I had ordered and not some subpar service missing multiple point that were in…

I'm using Bell since they have the best Internet at a pretty decent price. If you call them and tell you will be leaving if they do not keep the discount, they usually will honor it. I live in Delson, not so far from you ;)

Hey @Maurice, I was in a similar situation to you last week. Ordered 3 SIM, had them showm as delivered yet they were not. I went to Camada Post and asked them to check for the package. It took 24hr for them to find the misplaced package and deliver it afterwards. Maybe it apply to your situation as well?

Thanks guy, it is good to know my post is helpful to some of you!

Well Leon, seems like my score inside the house is close to yours with about 5.25mbps download. https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a @dani I didn't make this post to have it closed after 1 day but to see if people have reliable speed, if there's sometimes issues or even if service get better with time. I currently plan to…

Is your issue resolved?
-
I just figured out that speedtest changed how it display it's user. If you ask for desktop mode while browsing with your cellphone, it'll display your result as if connected thru a solid landline. The app does show if you're either on wifi or LTE.
-
There is nothing wrong with it showing Videotron, if further step is Bell mobility. It does show you are on mobile network. Fibrenoir on the other hand is landline only. Great speed btw!
-
I don't mean to say you are inexperienced, but unless you are connected to a VPN that happens to have a server using Videotron as their carrier, this data seems to be coming straight from a landline speed test.
-
Again Mike, the results show you beings connected to Videotron, which is powered by Fibrenoir (one of the big fiber optic provider which host most of the big company networks). This mean you tested you landline speed, not cellphone speed ;)
-
That's the internet speed you just posted Mike ;)
-
Have you tried logging out and back in?
-
Cellphone coverage seems good. Speed isn't the fastest I saw but is decent. Price is the lowest on the market. It is also very easy to setup and use, therefore I think it's a good service overall.

Simply connect to some wifi close to you :)

Connection plutôt lente sur la R-S de Mtl.

The command is #31# followed by the number you want to contact.

Start a blog about Fizz and how people could save money switching over and using your referral!

Having tried everything is pretty vague. Mind telling us what you tried, in order to see if anyone has something to propose you?

Here's the best code to use for the highest reward! * LYILB I know it's the same as other, but feel free to use it none the less ;)
-
Do you have any other phone to test this with? If it happens only on 1 phone, the issue might be with the setup of this unit.
-
As other suggested, contacting Fizz might be the best thing to do.

Sorry for the delay, it seems my reply was moderated for a while. First, here's a few test I have done to try and figure out what was happening. If you only want the fix, scroll down until step 1. I've tried changing Google official messages app settings for maximum MMS size but found out it's hard coded in the program…

Thank you everyone for your reply. I've tried changing Google official messages app settings but found out it's hard coded in the program itself. Reaching out to support of Google Messages, they confirmed it cannot be changed by the user. They instead verify the carrier code and the max MMS size the carrier reported to…
