I bought a travel add-on and my explorer badge is not unlocked. Anything I can do?

Should be unlocked as soon as you receive the confirmation of your referral code was used
Wait a day, if you do not receive it contact the support
To contact the support
- Go to a faq page, for example this onehttps://fizz.ca/en/solutions

- In 5 minuts you must see a bubble icon at the bottom right of the browser

It happened to me too. I contacted the support by Facebook messenger, and they activated it a few days later.6

Chat with them sometimes badges do not get activate for some buggy reasons.. =\4

Seems to be a common issue based on previous reports on this forum, I would contact support as it seems to have worked for others.5
