I order a sim card on 20 dec 2019 and i dont receive on 11 jan 2020

Probably was lost or stolen
You must order a new one, and ask for a refund
I personally have mine delivered to a family member living in a house to avoid problems of big units1 -
Normally, it's 1-2 business days.
Have you received a notice saying it was shipped ?
If yes, the most likely is that it is lost / stolen since they stick it directly on the front door...
Please speak with an employee regarding this.2 -

Common problem, usually it takes only a couple of days. Communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me.
P.S. If you can, have the card delivered at your work place.You’ll have a better chance that it won’t be lost or stolen.Good luck with this issue!1 -
You should've received it by now. Speak with them, something went wrong along the way for sure.2

Hey @Maurice, I was in a similar situation to you last week. Ordered 3 SIM, had them showm as delivered yet they were not.
I went to Camada Post and asked them to check for the package. It took 24hr for them to find the misplaced package and deliver it afterwards.
Maybe it apply to your situation as well?
