Have you tried different browsers? Or on your phone browser? It happened to me with other routers. Page wouldn't open, password would not be accepted etc. I don't know why using a different browser that doesn't have the login info works, but it helped me.

Hi. Yes I have the 120mbps for 40. But fizz is not offering it anymore. If your other provider is not cable (if it is ADSL for example), you can try it. Otherwise I assume you would have to cancel the cable internet provider to have a new cable service installed.

Well, I am still ok with it. First time experiencing this. Was never down since I set it up correctly 2 months ago.

I did turn off my modem more than 10 min. But it did not work. It came back in 45 mins or so. I realized I need internet more than mobile service. :D
