I'm trying to get a hold of someone to get a refund. How long does it usually take to get a response from FIZZ?

  Try to get on early during the day when most folks are at work.

  If it is after 6pm at the weekend on FB, it takes around 20 hours.

  Not sure about everyone else, but the speed to talk to an agent has greatly improved! I wonder if it's just me! It took me less than 2 min to connect.
