What type of phone do you have? And how old is it? If you do a 2 hours call, or browse on the internet for 2 hours, it sounds normal that the phone heats up. However, if it warms up just because it is connected to the LTE network, it might be an hardware problem of the phone.

I don't think Fizz offers a VPN service but you may try to couple a router with your Fizz modem to solve the problem.

Mine paired and are working well. Maybe try to reset your modem and/or to disable the 5 GHz.

I’m pretty sure MMS use mobile data. You can buy an add on though.

No, since Fizz is a prepaid service, you pay at the activation and then every month same day of the activation.

I think so, some times ago the iPhone 11 disappeared but then was re-stocked after a while, so I would say yes! I hope this helps.

Check in her account that the add on is active, maybe something went wrong tans the purchase was not finalized. If this is not the case, try to contact the support, they should be able to help.

Hi Leya, it is very easy! Just go on the Fizz website, pick your plan and then choose transfer number! They will guide through the procedure.
