Roaming with Fizz EXT is not working
Several customers have wrote that Fizz EXT is not working for them, it's the same for me.
There looks to be a temporary issue with Fizz partner networks.
Is Fizz EXT working for you? If so, which phone and OS are you using? And where are you using the service?
Connecting to Fizz network does work.
We will have to wait for Fizz to give us an update.
It would be good if the service status page was updated:

Thanks for the info Fizzy. Fizz doesn’t look good here. It‘s been quite a long time and they haven’t given us any updates. This is not how it should be, especially because people pay for it.15

FIZZ Ext works for me.
I use an iphone 5s and i'm living on the south shore of Mtl.14 -
It seems to be that it might be a problem with Android phones. I am not sure though. At least most users mentioned they were using Android.14

I had the same problem yesterday. Now I have internet access because I am in the USA, on att.Only in fizz ext I have the issue. Android also.

Currently in the Fizz EXT network and it works on iPhone 119

Here's my update: Fizz EXT is working now abeit not at 100% on Android phone.
Updated APN settings, restarted phone and can connect to Rogers network.
So yes service is available.8 -
excellent if it works !! is the worst when driving and using gps google maps and there is no data.....3
