transfering to telus?

i see many people ask but i dont see an answer to this. i am transfering out to telus and i gave my account number to them the one under my plan and on the service agreement so plesse dont tell me to go liok there as i did. they keep saying its invalid so what the info they need for me to transfer to them. thank you

I belive that you need to fill it with leading zeros
However, I will suggest to use the IMEI instead, Dial *#06# on your phone to get your 15-digit IMEI number1 -

I believe that you need to add leading zero's since the number is too short for them

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-identify-my-account-number-transfer-my-number-fizz
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page11 -

yeap, IMEI is an unique number of 15 digits, this is the most exactly way. No errors this way2
