No, you will need to buy a new SIM if you would like to port your number over. At least that is how it is done right now. They (might) change it in the future. But whatever you do, make up your mind before december 19th or you will lose introductory pricing.

Ports generally take less than half an hour if everything goes perfectly, but if you have any outstanding balances on your old account, this process can take longer. You can message customer service and they will submit a ticket for you.

This happens when somebody has already attempted to activate the SIM card. If you have not already tried to activate it, I would contact customer service using the chat bubble or messenger.

If you do not find it, you can always contact the fizz team, via the chat bubble at the bottom of the page and they will be glad to help you out.

If you got a message from fizz saying that your SIM card has arrived, look around your door area. They use a small courier and they were kinda sneaky about finding a place for it. For me, instead of sliding it through the mail hole, they taped it to the front of my door, which was kind of odd.

Vous avez qu'à insérer la veille carte SIM dans votre nouvelle téléphone. Il y a aucun besoin de transferer votre numéro en février lorsque vous changez d'appareil.

Typically you can expect a wait time of ~10 minutes if you are really lucky, but it can go up to a few hours, if not a day if there are any outstanding payments on with your old carrier that need to be sorted out first.

No, but you will get more upgrades the more you level up, so choose wisely.

It will work in Toronto if you have a number that fizz covers and you also needed to have gotten your sim card that they only ship to the Quebec and Ottawa region.
