I opted for the Quebec + Canada coverage, I’m travelling to Toronto next week, will it work from there or only while I’m physically in Quebec?

It will work in Toronto if you have a number that fizz covers and you also needed to have gotten your sim card that they only ship to the Quebec and Ottawa region.6

I was in the GTA last weekend and it worked fine for me. Don't forget to enable data roaming in your phone settings though.6
