You are amongst a small portion of people that are having problems with service right now. If nothing changes you can contact service via the chat in a little bit.

Many people seem to be having this issue right now. It might be another version of friday night's outage. But most people seem to be fine.

The Fizz mobile data usage has been messed up for many people. I would not worry too much as long as you subscribe to the usage notifications which will tell you when you have surpassed a certain usage.

Essayez d'insérer votre ancien SIM dans votre téléphone. Est-ce que ça fonctionne encore? Si oui, ça veut dire que votre numéro n'a jamais été porté ce qui expliquerai votre problème.

Il faut généralement attendre environ +/-2 heures après l'activation de la sim pour envoyer/recevoir des textos.

Vous pouvez modifier votre plan n'importe quand avant le 19 décembre et garder le prix que vous voyez présentement.

Vérifie tes notifications (en haut à droite en cliquant la cloche). On ta peut être envoyé un message disant que ton numéro n'a pas été correctement porté. Plusieurs autres ont aussi ce problème. Il faut juste attendre que le processus soit complété.

Definately not normal. Probably a glitch in their system. Try again, but if not I would contact their support tomorrow(Monday) as the chat should be open for business.

The earlier the better, but I understand that you do not want to pay for 2 plans at the same time. I would recommend a week but I would not cut it closer than 5 days before the 19th. If you cannot receives calls/texts but can send calls/texts + use data it means that your port from your previous carrier has encountered technical difficulties. All the texts/calls that you are attempting to receive are being directed to your d number that you are not yet using. Check out #4 of the link below…

As for messages, it can take up to 2 hours to work after you have first activated your sim and ported your number. Simply restart your phone once in a while and it should eventually work

Your referral code will generally take about 24 hours to show up after you have activated your plan. Just be patient :)

Same! Simply restart your devices and it should be solved.

I contacted Fizz earlier today and they simply told me to wait. There was nothing the CSR could do; the system would not let her do anything. But in the mean time, you can always use your old provider and sim card. They should work perfectly fine.

C'est à cause de la panne d'hier soir. Ils sont au courant du problème. Ils m'ont dit de simplement attendre. Durant ce temps, vous pouvez utiliser votre ancien plan sans problème.

Les gens qui ont transféré leur numéros hier soir durant la panne ont tous des problèmes. Le sytème pense avoir complété le procèss mais en réalité le transfer n'a même pas été commencé. *Vous pouvez tous utiliser votre ancien fournisseur sans problèmes.
