If you do not find it, you can always contact the fizz team, via the chat bubble at the bottom of the page and they will be glad to help you out.6

If you got a message from fizz saying that your SIM card has arrived, look around your door area. They use a small courier and they were kinda sneaky about finding a place for it. For me, instead of sliding it through the mail hole, they taped it to the front of my door, which was kind of odd.6
