Out of data?

I got a notification saying "You’ve used up 90% of your data plan for this payment cycle, which ends in 27 days. Need more data ?" I've had this plan since Thursday, it's impossible that I've used this much (I have an 8GB plan) in so little time. When I check my iPhone statistics, it says I've only used 650mb. Is my data going to be shut off since it thinks I've used it all up?

In this case you have to contact support, there are some major bugs with their website and the data meter does not work for most users and or is not showing the correct information, if your phone is showing 650m of usage I would assume that's the right amount but it is best to contact them so you won't lose any data.18

Contact customer support via the chat bubble. They seem to be having major issues with tracking the amount of data usage for a lot of their customers.17

I`ve seen a few different people with this issue. In your iPhone, go to SETTINGS > CELLULAR and look at the total CELLULAR DATA for your current period, also verify the current period hasn't been reset. You may have background apps eating away all your data but 8gb of data is almost impossible for background apps...

Did you add bonus data to your account? That seems to be messing up data calculations for a lot of people (including myself). At minimum, rest assured that you won't be billed for excess data usage, because with Fizz you have to pay before you use it. I would avoid putting money into your Fizz wallet though, because that might be depleted quickly by what they think of as data overages.16

Allison - Yep I've added bonus data. That might be it. I'll see what happens when it resets next month.14

In case of Iphone its usually the background apps eating up the data, however since fizz is still new, it has many bugs that needs to be sorted out. The chat bubble doesnt work for most people, so your option is either by facebook messenger or using a contact form. i used messenger but havent had a reply in 12 hrs. So trying the contact form now.13
