That's strange because the monthly payments are automatic. You should contact Fizz customer support about this issue to know what's going on.

Yup me too. I can see in my account (on the website) that the price has increased but I was charged the usual price not the "increased price".

To apply a perk on your plan: * Log into your account, and go to Overview. * In the left column, click on the summary that shows your My Rewards level. You can also scroll down below your usage summary to My Rewards and click on See details. * In the perks section, click on Available. * Click on the perk you’d like to…

Slots are for upgrades not perks. So even if your slots are locked you can still use perks. If you want to unlock your 2nd & 3rd slot to apply more upgrades. You'll need to level up your account by collecting points (participate in the community hub by giving kudos and answering questions). The 2nd slot will unlock when…

Nice :) Just saw it now. Thanks!
-
It's automatically applied to your bill and it does "roll over". Like in your case, since your plan is under $25 the remaining amount (of the bonus) will be applied to your next bill.

You can chat with Fizz customer support (from 8am to 9pm) or send them a message (anytime) and they'll reply back to your email. To chat: You'll need to make sure you're logged in then go to Solution Hub and click on any of the questions (e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate) After a little while you should be able to see…

You're talking about the text notifications for voicemail right? If so, mine's not working either right now, I just checked. It's weird because it was working fine a few days ago... Hmm... Hope it's a temporary issue.
-
I'm not sure if I understand correctly... By "voice don't transfer" do you mean you can't hear the voice of the person you called or the person you're on call with can't hear yours? In any case, I suggest you contact Fizz customer support, they might be able to better assist you. You can either chat with them online or…

Exaclty what Allison said. It's just that the account points and community hub (leader) points are a bit different. The account points show the total amount of points you have (including the "leader" points) while the "leader" points only show the points earned through community hub (activities). Now when it comes to the…

Hmm.. Not sure if there would be any downside to it but I personally don't keep roaming enabled. Don't see any point in doing that.
-
Haha yah.. Sometimes you have to wonder why an answer was chosen as "Best Answer". The weirdest post I've seen here are the ones that have absolutely nothing to do with Fizz. It's so random that I don't even know what they're talking about XD
-
I agree with Mike but maybe try contacting Fizz customer support and see if they can do something for you... You can chat with them online. To do that: You need to make sure you're logged in then go to Solution Hub and click on any of the questions (e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate) After a little while you should be…

O.O I didn't know that the sim can be reused.. Good to know!

Ohh interesting answers.... For me personally what I like most about Fizz is of course the low price that I got. Besides that, the option to create my plan exactly as I like (not paying for the unnecessary features that I don't need), the roll-over of data, the possibility of gifting data and getting upgrades. Also the…

Yes, since your plan has both USA & CANADA this means you can call to "Canada from USA" and "USA from Canada".
-
@Isabelle You can either chat with them online (from 8am - 9pm) or just send them a message (anytime) and they'll reply back to your email. Gatineau is in Quebec but just FYI it says here (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area) that: "The Quebec coverage area also includes the Ottawa region". So there's nothing to worry about :) it's included in your plan. Also if you make a call outside your coverage area you won't be "charged" because it…

No sadly :( like others said that was the stabilization prices which is over. What you see now is the regular price.
-
No unfortunately. Fizz only accepts Mastercard or Visa debit/credit card.
-
No he can't, unfortunately. Basically the only thing we can gift is the current month's data (that we got from our monthly data plan). Nothing else.

I'm around 2.6K points and I think I started about 2 weeks ago. How quick you earn points depends on how much time you're willing to spend on the community hub (by posting, giving kudos etc).
-
2 weeks? Yikes... You should contact fizz customer support for help regarding this issue. You can either chat with them online or send them a message and they'll reply back to your email. To chat: You'll need to make sure you're logged in then go to Solution Hub and click on any of the questions (e.g.…

If you contact fizz and explain the situation, they might understand and help both you & your friend get the referral bonus. I had some issues with the referral bonus before and they helped me with it so I'm hopeful... Can't guarantee anything tho since your situation is different than mine but it doesn't hurt to try.…

O.O That has never happened to me before... Good to know.
-
Sorry, not sure what's going on. But my LTE has been working fine.

@Fizzy I looked at the old post by Whizz you mentioned. Whizz did talk about "cheating the community/system" but failed to explain what cheating exactly means when it comes to earning points. What is considered cheating and what are the things we aren't allowed to do?.. Like I mentioned in my question, would replying to…
-
@ Mike Yah I get what you're saying. It's true that trying to reach over 42k points as quickly as possible isn't ideal. But if I don't do anything else besides giving kudos and paying bills then I won't be getting more than 900 points a month. To receive Kudos you basically need to post. And if you don't post a lot then…

Thanks for the link! :) It sure made some things clear. But they didn't really mention much about what a person cannot do to earn points. Wish they made that more clear... I realize a lot of people post mostly to earn points (myself included tbh). Personally I'd say because It's not that easy to earn points considering…
