Why can’t I call/text?
So I’ve been with Fizz since last November and I thought the monthly payment was going to be automatic (since I already have my credit card information saved in my Fizz account)... turns out it wasn’t and I had to click on the button “make monthly payment” and when I click on it it says that they’re going to send me a message to see if the transaction has been successful or not. I then received a notification saying that the payment has failed. It’s weird because my credit card has been working very well and it hasn’t reached the limit amount yet...
