Late payments and referral codes?

So my friend used my referral code.
She then underwent a problem with the bank and her credit card got cut off for a month, and so she didn't pay her fizz bill for that month (second month)
Then the bank realized it was a system mess up, her card got back on and she paid 2 months worth on the 3rd month.
In the referral listing I do not see anything pending, but I had only checked for this during her 3rd month.
Do you guys think the refferal was booted because of the skipped month or just another case of fizz skipping on the refferal?

Yes the referral will be cancelled if your friend does not pay for her plan on time.
In this case, since your friend has paid, I am not sure if Fizz support can help.
You may contact them and let us know if they can help to re-establish the referral.

If you contact fizz and explain the situation, they might understand and help both you & your friend get the referral bonus. I had some issues with the referral bonus before and they helped me with it so I'm hopeful... Can't guarantee anything tho since your situation is different than mine but it doesn't hurt to try. Hopefully it works out for you too!8

I would contact Fizz through Facebook Messenger. Just search for Fizz there.
