Temporary suspension

Hi

How can I put my line on temporary suspension.

I am going out of country for a few months in next year.

If IIf I remove the auto pay

Will my line still active. I mean i know I will not be able to call and text and use data but I will be able to keep my number???

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I want to inform you that it is not possible to put a Fizz mobile plan on pause or temporarily suspend it while keeping the number active. You can lower the plan to me minimum, however putting the plan on pause would not be possible for the mobile plan.

    If you remove your payment method or disable automatic payments, your monthly plan will not renew at the next payment cycle. As a result, your services will stop working and, if the plan remains inactive for an extended period, the mobile number may eventually be lost.

    If you wish to keep your phone number, we recommend maintaining an active mobile plan and ensuring that your monthly payments continue while you are away.
