    Typically the best cell phone and plan deals across carriers are back to school (late August until early September), Black Friday, and Boxing Day. However, Fizz may also randomly put out nice phone offers at other times.

    I'm currently enjoying the 25 GB plan, along with my Fizz crew, but I might consider other offers if something better comes up! Mobile plans are competitive in Canada right now.

    In my experience it can happen at anytime.
    I switched my plan for a better deal in the month of march.
    The offer came out of nowhere.
    You have to keep checking the website for offers because they can happen at any time.

    you have to wait for plan offers to be better than what you have right now, and you can switch to them. in my opinion, plans right now are pretty good, I just switched to the 29$/month for 10GB LTE. and about 2 years ago, I got my internet to 400Mb/s for 44$/month, which is kinda insane to me. once you get a plan, you keep it however long you want, the price will stay the same, until you change again.

    If you were asking how to do it, go on your home page -> plan, on the plan you want to change you click on "manage plan" then there should be a "change/modify my plan" button, that will bring you to the plan selection page. and compare with your current plan. you accept and it will take effect on your next cycle.
