I bought a preloved Samsung phone but my web browser crashed, how do I confirm if it went through? Need to know so I can re do the process.

    If you check your account you can see Transactions or owned device.

    If it's not there you might want to check with support via chat https://fizz.ca/en/support

    I have verified your Fizz member account and I can see that the order has been registered. You can see the order in your Fizz member account → My Settings → Order History and in your Transaction History menu.
