Quick question about Fizz TV points and cancellation

Hi everyone,

I am currently at Level 4 and thinking about adding the Fizz TV service to my account.

Assuming that subscribing to TV helps boost my My Rewards points or level, what happens if I decide to cancel the TV plan later on? Will the points I earned from it be deducted, or do I get to keep them?

Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!😊😊

    Hi, adding Fizz TV only gives points through the increase of your bill. Every dollar gives points and the points you earn stay with you.
