Struggling with quality of network

just switched wife to fizz from freedom. It’s 5G but the phone keeps cutting out, sounding muffled etc. not sure why my experience is worse than Freedom considering they share the network. Data roaming is on. She has a iPhone 15 pro. She has an eSIM. This shouldn’t have been a change at all to her experience. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello VTECMAN,
I am sorry to hear about this situation.
Even though Fizz and Freedom share coverage, switching carriers requires your iPhone to re-register its network profile and voice settings (VoLTE). Since calls are sounding muffled or dropping, try these targeted fixes on her iPhone:
Turn Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds, then turn it OFF. Follow up with a full restart of the iPhone to force it to connect to the nearest Fizz cell tower.
Go to Settings > Cellular > Primary (eSIM) > Voice & Data.
    Ensure VoLTE is toggled ON.
Switch network selection from 5G On to 5G Auto (this prevents the phone from dropping voice packets when fluctuating between 5G and LTE).
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. (Note: This will clear saved Wi-Fi passwords, so she will need to re-enter them).
If the issue persists please contact us privately to look further into it.
    Have a good day.
