After verifying your account, I can confirm that your SIM card was ordered on September 7. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Yes, Fizz has partner stores that sell SIM cards over the counter.
Circle K at ESSO stations outside of Québec, a number of different stores in Québec. Also some metro stations in Montréal or at Union Station in Toronto.

Depending on where you live, you might be able to find a place that sells sim cards. Check out the map here: . Note though that you will have to buy another sim at the store (they won't give you the one you already ordered).
