any ways to gift data to this number?

This is my situation. I have a sister came to Canada for studying abroad.

Instead of opening a new account, we opened a new plan under my existing account. The problem is, she is running out of data now, and I can't gift her data because all my data is from perks.

Is there a way other users can gift her data, given her number/her email/my referral code?

I saw on the website: "If you select an email or referral code from your contact list, data will be given to the first (oldest) activated plan on the account associated by default with that email address or referral code (there may be multiple phone numbers on this email). If you choose to give your data to a specific phone number, however, then the data will be given to the plan associated specifically with that phone number."

My referral code is DEA9L. FYI, my account has 2 plans, but only her plan can receive data, since my default plan currently has 0GB.

    First Erase your phone number. (@whizz could you erase it because it,s too late to edit the original message)
    And she must give her referral code because it,s not possible for you to give data you received from an other Fizzer. We need her referral code to send her datas, She must make a post in the same category you used

    Hi, thank you for your comment. Unfortunately she doesn't have a code, since the plan she is using was opened under my account...

    don't we have an option to send data to a specific phone number?

    I don't have two plans so I don't know management's possibilities of it. I suggest you to contact support : https://fizz.ca/en/support. It's a chat with a conversational robot first but you will be referred to someone « service à la clientèle » after.

    I just sent her some data. She can receive data by her number instead of referral code.

    Thanks to @alexanderluo10890 . I did not know that. I just try and succeed.
    Procedure :smile:
    1. Search the person in my contact with (search with the phone mumber without spaces)
    2. Add the person as a contact
    2. Give data with a person I know (and click on my new contact)

    @Whizz please either edit the second message of this thread or delete it completely.

    @Andrei_ref_R7VK1 could you message me privately so that I can give you the phone number? The code is associated with my number which has no data, but my sister's plan can receive gifts (and is the one in need of data...) However, that plan can only be gifted by phone number 😭

    You are wrigth. I receive the same anwer with the referral code in the post but I succeeded to send datas with the phone number after I add it in my Fizz contacts (Fizz friends). Strange! @Elegant_Tangerine , can you explain it? Do you have a plan without datas and your sister a plan with datas?

    @SuperFrizz 5CQ2W Yes you're right. My plan has no data cause I have plenty of data from perks. Only my sister's plan has data
