EXT network at home

I just signed up for a trial. Based on the coverage page, I shoud be abe to access the Fizz network at home. But when I activate my esim, it always connect to EXT network. I tried manually connect to Fizz but it says couldn't connect since there is no service and goes back to EXT network.

I did chat with support agent and seems like I am out of luck. My phone is Pixel 10a. Just checking if other had similar situation and what was the solution?

    Did support clarify if this is an issue? The FAQ says you can only use partner networks for a few months without invalidating the terms but they might be able to clarify or exclude on that policy.

    Try to start a private communication with a Fizz moderator on the forum. They often are able to give good help. Just click on the little enveloppe up this page <click on the little square with a pen < write whizz on the recipients line and explain your situation.
