Thank you for your interest in our services.
You can transfer (port) your current phone number to Fizz during activation. Just select the number transfer option and provide the required information from your current provider. Make sure your number stays active until the transfer is complete and avoid cancelling your existing service beforehand.

Hi, you can sign up for an account and subscribe to plan, during configuration you'll be asked if you want a new number or to transfer an existing one.

You cannot transfer a SIM card.

Hi, you need to buy a Fizz SIM or get a free eSIM. Never cancel your old provider until you have confirmed the text message that they will send you to confirm the transfer. Once confirmed, you put in your new SIM or eSIM.
