new account, 4G available?

Trying to set up new accounts, but have older phones and need the 4G option.

The plans offered on set-up don't give me the ability to change from 5G. Unless I'm missing it. Help?

    Hi, at the moment only plans with no data are 4G only, you can see them by reducing the data in the plan selector, but if you subscribe to a 5G plan with a 4G Device or zone it should automatically switch to 4G.

    Hi, no problem for this, 4g LTE only for me and all work great.

    When it says 5g, it means it supports 4g and 5g, so you are good to go and subscribe.
