Travel addon not working on iphone 13 neither 16

Hi all
We bought 1 gig of travel addon data, but does not seam to be working as i can not browse internet outside hotel. The travel addon is showing on our plan but still not used. What is the setup on iphone 13 and 16 to be able to use it in Prague city? Also dies fizz offer eSIM
