Many of you have been with us since Fizz launched in 2018. You jumped right into the Fizz adventure and have witnessed new products, new perks, and our expansion across Canada.

Today, we’re excited to share another milestone with you: the evolution of our brand identity.

More mature and confident, yet still as colourful, energetic and unique as ever, this new image comes with the slogan: "Switching to Fizz is a no-brainer."

Why? Because our promise to deliver benefits that actually matter to our members hasn't wavered over the years. It's smart to keep your unused data at the end of the month, to have access to a community of hundreds of thousands of members for data sharing, to avoid hidden fees, and so much more.

Despite this evolution, Fizz remains the brand you know and love: unique, colourful, and a little different from the rest.

This new chapter would not have been possible without you. Your trust, feedback, and loyalty have helped us continue to innovate and improve year after year.

    Love Fizz, wish they could extend the 5G network to existing LTE only plans.

    Maybe what Fizz could do to improve service, would be to start using the Freedom servers for their services, in addition to their Montreal server, so that people have lower latency on mobile data, and that data gets routed through the server appropriate for the area the subscriber is located in.

    When i'm on mobile data, sometimes my apps will think that i'm located in Quebec, even though i'm located in British Columbia. For example, if i go on Crave, I will see an option to watch a live feed of CTV Montreal, even though i'm located on the West Coast. Ip.me also flags my IP address as an IP from Montreal.

    Agreed, though Fizz may be using a single server to keep costs as low as possible. However, if they are truly going to be a national carrier, they should at least consider using Freedom servers since they are the same network. As an example, I get Videotron ads in BC even though they don't sell Videotron here.
